Dr. Leda van der Post is a visual artist, leader in the field of design thinking & body image, and author of My Body My Muse: Healing Body Image Through Creativity. 

Using her combination of CREATiViTY, understanding of technology, education experience, and business skills, Leda created the CREATiVE JOURNEY® process. Over the years, her work has taken different forms: painting, writing, consulting, teaching, coaching. 

Today, Leda uses her wide experience in facilitating learning and development, at university, in the corporate environment, and with private clients to create a safe, nurturing space to explore personal self-expression. 

Her process allows clients to develop their individual form of creativity, and then use it to become UN-STUCK and realize their unique image of themselves.
