We’re excited to offer a 3-session program led by Dr. Ruoff and our registered dietitian, Jenelle Indelicato. This class is designed to help you build a strong foundation in nutrition and support your weight management goals with expert guidance.
This program is especially ideal for patients who have already met with one of our providers but have not yet had a one-on-one visit with a dietitian. It’s a great way to get started on your nutrition journey!

Lifestyle in Motion is a supportive group designed to help you build sustainable physical activity habits that fit your life and health. Facilitated by Dr. Brittney Guiou, each session combines education, accountability, and practical goal-setting to help you move more!
Participants set personalized SMART physical activity goals, track progress, troubleshoot barriers, and celebrate wins together. Sessions also include brief, evidence-based talks on exercise, health, and weight management, with time for discussion and questions.
Whether you’re just getting started or looking to stay consistent, this group is about progress—not perfection.Â
