Nourish to Flourish: Launching into a Healthier You!
We’re excited to offer a 3-session program led by Dr. Ruoff and our registered dietitian, Jenelle Indelicato. This class is designed to help you build a strong foundation in nutrition and support your weight management goals with expert guidance.
This program is especially ideal for patients who have already met with one of our providers but have not yet had a one-on-one visit with a dietitian.
It’s a great way to get started on your nutrition journey while waiting for your individual appointment.
