Lifestyle Health is keeping the momentum going!

Dr. Brittney Guiou is a physician-led support group designed for patients who have reached their weight loss goals and are transitioning into long-term maintenance. This group provides ongoing guidance and support for the real-life situations that come after weight loss — from navigating social events and comments from others, to finding the right balance with food, portions, and protein now that the focus is maintenance rather than loss.

We also discuss common challenges like body image changes and loose skin, along with strategies for maintaining confidence, consistency, and healthy habits over time. The goal is to create a supportive space where patients can stay connected, troubleshoot real-world situations, and feel confident sustaining their progress long term.

📅 Session begins July 14th, 2026
