Participants set personalized SMART physical activity goals, track progress, troubleshoot barriers, and celebrate wins together. Sessions also include brief, evidence-based talks on exercise, health, and weight management, with time for discussion and questions.
Whether you’re just getting started or looking to stay consistent, this group is about progress—not perfection.
