This 12-week program is for any patient looking to practice the mindset and behaviors needed to manage weight over time.  Dr. Niemiec's groups meet weekly to practice skills and behaviors known to support healthy lifestyles.  Most Insurances Accepted.  Copays/Deductibles may apply.
