We're committed to providing excellent care in a caring environment. To keep you safe and healthy we've made a number changes for our patients and our staff. Below are the recommended guidelines we will follow for IN-PERSON APPOINTMENTS until further notice:
1. Approximately 24-48 hours prior to your appointment, you will receive a COVID-19 phone screening. If you are not feeling well, please let us know or call the office prior to your appointment, we'll be happy to reschedule for you.
2. Upon your arrival, please call us at 781-744-7351 from the parking lot.. Again, we'll ask you a few screening questions on the phone then let you know when we are ready for you to come into the clinic.
3. We ask that all patients please wear a mask while in our clinic. Please do not remove your mask until you are instructed to do so. You will also have access to hand sanitizers throughout the clinic.
4. We will encourage social-distancing and limit the number of individuals in the clinic. Please notify us if you need to bring someone with you to the appointment so we are able to screen all individuals prior to entering the clinic.
5. We recommend all business matters be done via phone, including scheduling, billing, or insurance matters.
Our entire staff will continue to follow BILH guidelines with respect to wearing Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) and disinfecting procedures. We understand the impact and inconveniences the COVID-19 pandemic has had on your treatment.
