People taking GLP-1 drugs like Ozempic / Wegovy / Saxenda / etc; have noticed side effects, such as nausea and vomiting, are exacerbated by eating certain foods.

Mounjaro – (common side effects) nausea, diarrhea, decreased appetite, vomiting, constipation, indigestion, and stomach (abdominal) pain.
Victoza – (common side effects) nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, decreased appetite, indigestion, and constipation.
Trulicity – (common side effects) nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, abdominal pain, decreased appetite, indigestion & fatigue.
Stop using your medication and go to the nearest emergency room if you have severe pain in your stomach area (abdomen) that will not go away, with or without vomiting.
