People taking GLP-1 drugs like Ozempic / Wegovy / Saxenda / etc; have noticed side effects, such as nausea and vomiting, are exacerbated by eating certain foods. 

AVOID High-fat, ultra-processed, and high-sugar foods and drinks, such as red meat, soda, and alcohol. These are common culprits.

Wegovy(common side effects) nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, constipation, stomach (abdomen) pain, headache, tiredness (fatigue), upset stomach, dizziness, feeling bloated, belching, gas, stomach flu, heartburn, and runny nose or sore throat.

Mounjaro(common side effects) nausea, diarrhea, decreased appetite, vomiting, constipation, indigestion, and stomach (abdominal) pain.

Victoza – (common side effects) nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, decreased appetite, indigestion, and constipation.
(Signs of low blood sugar *Hypoglycemia) dizziness or lightheadedness, blurred vision, anxiety, irritability or mood changes, sweating, slurred speech, hunger, confusion or drowsiness, shakiness, weakness, headache, fast heartbeat, and feeling jittery.

Trulicity(common side effects) nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, abdominal pain, decreased appetite, indigestion & fatigue.
Ozempic – (common side effects) nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach (abdominal) pain, and constipation.
Stop using your medication and go to the nearest emergency room if you have severe pain in your stomach area (abdomen) that will not go away, with or without vomiting.
