Fall Inspired Dishes

Fall is a great time of year in New England.  It is apple picking season, everything you can think of is now being made with Pumpkin Spice, Halloween is right around the corner and soon we will be entering holiday season come November.
Everyone is tired of summer salads and grilled foods.  Most of us probably over did it on the burgers, sausages, hot dogs, corn, and summer fruits.  Now we are all looking to spice it up in the FALL, so here are some great Fall inspired dishes you can try!

Autumn Roasted Sheet Pan: This recipe is great because everything is prepped + cooked in one pan, which means less clean up. A great meal planning tip is to cut up your veggies + season your chicken the night before, cover your sheet pan with aluminum foil and once you are home for your day all you need to do is pop it in oven at 450 degrees!

Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Apples:  This is a savory warm meal made with a sweet twist. Use your apples from your trip to farm and pair it with this protein source for a delicious Sunday dinner!

Spaghetti Squash Skillet: This is a perfect filling side dish for your next week day dinner. If you want to turn this skillet recipe into a main course you could add some chopped up chicken sausage or turkey meatballs for some added protein.

Shepard's Pie: This is a classic comfort food and prefect for brisk fall nights. This recipe replaces the potatoes with cauliflower mashed which helps improve the overall carbohydrate content of this dinner.

Baked Apples: Finally, if you are looking for a great desert or something sweet, this is a great recipe that takes it easy on the sugar. A great tip is to chop these apples up and serve with some vanilla Greek yogurt on the side!
