- Nut butters (peanut butter, almond butter, etc)
- Nuts (almonds, cashews, etc. 100 calorie packs are great for portion control!)
- Seeds (pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, ground flax seeds, hemp seeds, sunflower seeds, etc)
- Protein powder (BiPro, Tera's Whey, Garden of Life Sport, Vega Sport, etc)
- Protein bars (see our blog here!)
- Lilly's chocolate (satisfy your sweet tooth with this low sugar option!)
- Almond flour (can be used for lower carb baked goods, in place of breadcrumbs, etc)
- Spices (spices are a great way to flavor food rather than adding a sauce that may be high in sugar!)
- Dry roasted snacks (such as edamame and chickpeas, lower in carb with more fiber and protein to keep you full but satisfy your salty, crunchy craving!)
